We recognise there is a great deal of waste, injustice, and profiteering at the expense of others because we work in the retail sector. We are motivated to transform our tiny corner of retail into a far better place even though we are aware that we cannot bring about the necessary change on our own. We want to show the rest of the sector that it is possible to be successful and ethical at the sametime.

Attention in business is a commitment to take initiative, move forward with change, and inspire our partners to do the same. Waste will decrease. For equity, we shall stand. People shall be treated with respect and given every opportunity to succeed. We'll support charities that help hungry people and struggling families by donating our time and money.

In order to engage other people and businesses in conversation, we will gradually share our progress. Although we are not yet where we need to be, by working diligently as a team, we will bring about positive change
